(HealthDay News) -- If you smoke at home, the U.S. Fire Administration recommends these precautions to reduce your risk of a home fire:
Use a sturdy and deep ashtray.
Always ensure that ashes and cigarettes are completely extinguished.
Never smoke in an area where oxygen is used.
Use fire-safe cigarettes, if possible.
