Health Tip: If You Smoke at Home...

(HealthDay News) -- If you smoke at home, the U.S. Fire Administration recommends these precautions to reduce your risk of a home fire:

  • Use a sturdy and deep ashtray.

  • Always ensure that ashes and cigarettes are completely extinguished.

  • Never smoke in an area where oxygen is used.

  • Use fire-safe cigarettes, if possible.
