Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Fudge

Serves 25


  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, divided
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 tsp peanut butter


  1. Line a 8-inch square baking dish with wax paper.
  2. Place 9 tablespoons milk in a microwave safe bowl. Add chocolate chips, cocoa, and coffee. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted.
  3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Spread onto prepared pan.
  4. Combine the remaining milk, peanut butter chips, and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  5. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted.
  6. Stir in remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
  7. Spread evenly over chocolate layer and sprinkle with peanuts.
  8. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
